By accessing and using OmniCondo ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

OmniCondo provides a comprehensive condominium management platform that enables:

• Property and unit management
• Owner and resident communication
• Financial tracking and budgeting
• Issue reporting and tracking
• Document management
• Meeting scheduling and management
• Voting

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

OmniCondo offers various subscription tiers:

• Free Tier: Limited to 20 properties with basic features
• Premium Tier: €1 per unit per month with advanced features
• Premium Plus Tier: €1.20 per unit per month with all features

Payment is processed monthly or annually in advance. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Transmit harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing content
• Distribute spam or unsolicited messages
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by OmniCondo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our express written permission.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OmniCondo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
